The Auctioneers may reject a bid at their discretion without reason or explanation. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. Original buyer will be charged a commission on the resale. If item has been purchased and bidder is unable to import lots, the item or items will be sold at our next auction. This is to cover the cost of the required paperwork to export the items to you. If we are shipping your products to you a second charge for shipping will occur once your product is ready to ship. Your credit card provided to us will be charged for your purchases on April 21st. PICKUPS: If you would like to pick up your items we are ONLY available Saturday Apr 21st 11:00- 5:00, as well as Tues 24th - Fri Apr 27th 9:00-3:00 only the week following the auction. You will be emailed a tracking number to your email on file, when your parcel is sent out, and your credit card will be charged. You will be charged for the cost of shipping, a box & handling fee, insurance and tax. All firearms and ammunition must be shipped to an address that matches your address on file with the CFO. If possible firearms and other items will be packaged together. Shipping charge will be determined after preparation. Ammunition is heavy and therefore a minimum charge would be roughly $30.00 to ship. Ammunition has to be shipped by Courier CANPAR or UPS ONLY. We can ship ammunition within Canada ONLY. Items will be insured and a signature required. SHIPMENTS: All items shipped in Canada are sent by Canada Post, CANPAR or UPS depending on location, size of parcel and regulations. Your credit card will be billed for the shipping fees. Any remaining items that have not been picked up by Friday the 27th will be shipped to your address on file the following week. We will combine items from both sales for shipping. If you are not picking up we will ship items starting Monday April 23rd, 2018.
